What are we looking for?
Our Legal Department provides legal support to the BUFF® Group, working across a broad range of practice areas, including Intellectual Property, Commercial Law, Data Protection, Product Compliance and Criminal Compliance, partnering with teams worldwide to protect the business and enable its growth.
We’re looking for a proactive, organized and detail-oriented professional to support the daily operations of the Legal area, ensuring efficient processes and careful documentation management with the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
About the Role:
- Support and administrative tasks in the legal department: follow-up of payment of invoices, support in control of budget, link purchase orders and invoices to the corresponding legal record.
- Schedule and arrange meetings.
- Management of legal files and updating of computer applications.
- Complete the records of correspondenc
