Role Overview

HP is seeking a motivated, analytical Procurement Intern to join the EMEA Supply Chain and Logistics Procurement team, with a data-driven mindset.

This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, supplier management, analytics, and digital transformation within a integral technology company.

The intern will support regional procurement initiatives across Transportation, Warehousing, Drayage, and Customs, using Power BI, Databricks, Excel, and AI-powered solutions to turn logistics data into actionable insights. Working with logistics, finance, and business stakeholders, the intern will contribute to sourcing, supplier performance, cost optimization,



and procurement digitalization.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Support

Support sourcing events, RFQs, supplier benchmarking, and market intelligence.
Collect, consolidate, and evaluate supplier proposals.
Participate in supplier selection and commercial evaluations.
Support contract management and supplier documentation.
Prepare business cases and sourcing recommendations.

Supplier Performance & Continuous Improvement

Support supplier KPI tracking, performance reviews, and QBR follow-up actions.
Identify process optimization, cost reduction, risk, and performance improvement opportunities.

Analytics & Business Intelligence

Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor procurement and supplier performance.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and savings opportunities.
