Sales Operations Associate (Polish and English speaker)
Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our IBM team supporting the Eastern European market at Arrow ECS in Gdańsk .
As a Sales Operations Associate, you will work closely with our internal sales teams, vendor representatives, and reseller partners across the Eastern region. You will play a key role in supporting sales operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient order processing from customer order through to invoicing.
Supporting internal sales teams with operational and administrative activities.
Ensuring accuracy and compliance in order processing and data management.
Supporting continuous improvement of sales and operational processes.

Are fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in sales operations, customer service,



order management, or a sales support environment.
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX or another ERP/order management system.

Permanent employment contract with a 3-month probation period.
Hybrid working model.
