As an Inside Sales Representative on our team, you will:
- Qualify data via outbound calling activity, profiling a predefined list of prospects and enriching the sales lead pipeline
- Qualify inbound leads (LV/MV) coming from various sources such as telephone, form submissions, and live chat, and pass qualified leads to EU Account Managers (EUAMs)
- Provide administrative support for the Lead Assign Tool (LV Latex)



by assigning leads and ensuring up-to-date results are accurately reflected in the CRM (HPD)
- Maintain IB accounts by managing the database and creating detailed asset records

- Are an advanced user of the Windows environment and have strong Excel skills
- Have experience with CRM management and data handling
- Full time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00
- Great office location in Barcelona + hybrid work model after 2 months
