Silversea is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to act as the second-in-command for our shipboard culinary team, supporting the Executive Chef in leading daily galley operations and delivering ultra-luxury, 5-star dining experiences.
Responsibilities include overseeing menu execution, enforcing sanitation standards, managing galley staff, controlling inventory and food waste, and stepping in as operational lead as required.
