About the Role We now have the opportunity for a Senior Fullstack Software Developer to join our Technology Department.
You’ll be at the centre of a growing, complex ecosystem, designing and building the integration services that keep our products, data flows, and business processes running smoothly. It’s a hands‑on challenge: you’ll shape new integrations end‑to‑end, define how they are monitored in production, and ensure they scale reliably as the company grows. Build and maintain integration services — develop robust services that connect multiple systems with different technologies and data models.
Design integration monitoring — create mechanisms to track integration health and performance after deployment.




Deliver end‑to‑end solutions — contribute across front‑end, application, and database layers when needed.
Analyse business processes — understand workflows, identify gaps or opportunities, and document them clearly in Confluence.
Ensure code quality — define and implement comprehensive unit tests, and support deployment and maintenance of developed software.
