ensuring that the right content reaches the right customer at the right time — always with a strong sales and performance focus.
– Ensure the e-commerce platform consistently delivers the right content to the right customer at the right time, aligned with brand guidelines and commercial priorities .
Manage and execute quarterly promotional and content roadmaps in collaboration with product, marketing and business stakeholders.
Coordinate and implement online campaigns end-to-end , transforming briefs into fully executed initiatives with a 360° view — from planning to launch and performance tracking.
Run regular quality checks across key store touchpoints (homepage, landing pages, category pages, product detail pages, microsites and promotional areas) to ensure high standards and optimal performance .
Serve as a front-end content gatekeeper , ensuring accuracy, consistency and timing of all online content.
