AESC Spain is seeking a highly organized HR & Admin Intern to support international employee assignments and daily administrative operations in Madrid. This fully office-based role requires five days on-site per week and offers exposure to immigration, accommodation and vendor coordination.
The successful candidate will communicate across Spain- and China-based teams, show ownership, and handle operational issues through to resolution. Fluency in Spanish, English and Mandarin is required.
