• Resolve supplier quality non-conformities during both project development and mass-production phases.
• Lead the follow-up and closure of supplier quality concerns through structured problem-solving methods, including 8D reports.
• Perform regular supplier process audits and periodic supplier performance evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen supplier manufacturing and quality performance.
• Manage the full lifecycle quality control of materials, from development and industrialization through mass production.
• Support suppliers in improving their quality management systems, processes, and overall capabilities.
• Monitor supplier quality targets and performance indicators, including PPM and MIS.
• Follow up on supplier change processes and conduct audits whenever required.
• Evaluate supplier production capacity and readiness to support project and production requirements.
• Manage PPAP submissions and releases, including PSW approval.
