The Corporate Actions Sales Specialist sits within S&P; Integral Market Intelligence's Corporate Actions & Solutions business, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Client Success to help clients manage corporate actions risk and workflows end-to-end. This team is commercially driven, highly collaborative, and focused on bringing market-leading data and SaaS solutions to corporate actions professionals across EMEA.
You will shape and execute the EMEA growth strategy for our Managed Corporate Actions data service and Information Mosaic SaaS solutions (IMActions, IMConnecting, IMAnalytics, IMBridge),



expanding adoption with existing clients and winning new business. Work with a specialist corporate actions product set spanning managed data and SaaS workflow solutions.
Partner with senior stakeholders internally and externally, building trusted relationships at executive level.
Develop leadership capability by guiding virtual deal teams, sharing best practices, and elevating sales standards across the region.
Grow business and user base across EMEA for Managed Corporate Actions data service and Information Mosaic SaaS solutions (IMActions, IMConnecting, IMAnalytics, IMBridge).
Build and execute a regional sales strategy across named accounts, new logo targets, and partner channels, aligned to longer-term market and client trends.
Develop and maintain alliances with senior customer management; deliver formal sales presentations and written proposals; Drive new business opportunities: prospect, qualify, struc
