Understanding Finance business challenges and translating them into structured functional requirements
Gathering, analysing, and prioritising requirements through stakeholder workshops, and producing detailed functional specifications for BI & Analytics solutions
Defining data models and business objects with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers, applying dimensional modeling (star schema,
facts, dimensions, KPIs, semantic models)
Supporting UAT, validation, and ensuring business requirements are met throughout delivery
Upholding data governance, business rules, documentation, and data-quality standards, and driving user adoption of BI/Data best practices
6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Business Analysis. The adecuado candidate now has a role of Project Manager / Delivery Coordinator.
~ Experience on Finance projects is a must
~ Experience with modern analytics platforms such as Power BI, Databricks, dbt, or cloud data platforms
~ Good understanding of dimensional data modeling and BI semantic models / analytical reporting platforms
~ Fluent French (mandatory) and a good professional level of English
