Implementation Consultant

About The Role
In this opportunity as an Implementation Consultant, you will:
- Bring 5–8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e‑invoicing.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e‑invoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions.
- Deliver end‑user and super‑user training, and make decisions related to configuration and troubleshooting.
- Act as a specialist in large, cross‑functional implementation projects and partner‑led projects.
- Contribute to project planning and timeline management.
- Resolve customer support issues effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Support,



as well as partner organizations.
- Support pre‑sales activities, such as software demonstrations and scoping for prospective clients.
- Customize and configure applications according to agreed specifications.
- Design, develop, and document project deliverables in line with agreed timelines and budgets.
- Participate in application configuration, implementation, and testing.

About You
