We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations in the United States.
This role is idóneo for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for exceptional guest experiences, and proven experience managing high-volume restaurant operations. As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all front-of-house operations, support business performance, and ensure the highest standards of service, team development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and efficient service execution.
Supervise, develop, and motivate the front-of-house management team and hourly staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.




Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests, proactively addressing concerns and resolving service issues with professionalism.
Ensure consistent execution of company service standards, operational procedures, and brand values.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, labor management, and team performance to maximize productivity and profitability.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees, creating clear growth opportunities within the organization.
Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor costs, food and beverage costs, and overall restaurant profitability.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and company policies, maintaining the highest standards at all times.
