Senior Insights Analyst (Growth Analytics Team)

We are looking for a Senior Insights Analyst to own the measurement of Semrush data products. Own the measurement of our data products end to end: usage and consumption analytics, activation and success metrics, and their connection to downstream revenue, upgrades, expansion, and retention.
Build the data foundations for the scope: analytical frameworks, metric definitions aligned to company SSoTs, and data quality in collaboration with engineering teams.
Turn usage analysis into monetization decisions: product limits, thresholds, pricing, and packaging recommendations.
Own user segmentation, including analytics and experimentation for the production LLM‑based customization model: monitor quality,



evaluate new use cases, and contribute to its roadmap.
Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations and present them to stakeholders up to the senior leadership level, ensuring clarity and strong business impact.
Work in an AI‑native way: automate recurring analyses, leverage LLM tools to improve productivity, and share best practices within the team.
5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or similar analytical roles, with a demonstrated track record of driving business impact.
~ Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience working with large‑scale relational datasets (BigQuery experience is a plus).
