At UBE Corporation Europe , we are looking for a Business Development Manager - CASE Markets to drive the growth of our business within the Coatings and Polyurethanes markets across Europe. We are seeking a professional who combines strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset, capable of building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and leading strategic projects with international impact.

Identify new business opportunities and lead commercial development activities across assigned territories.
Provide both technical and commercial support to customers, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Lead customer projects from the initial evaluation phase through to industrial implementation.
Monitor market trends, applications and competitive developments within the CASE industry.
Support sales forecasting, market analysis and CRM activities.




Maintain regular interaction with international customers and cross-functional global teams.
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related field.

Strong combination of technical expertise and commercial responsibility.
Experience managing customers and business development activities in France and the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
Experience with sales forecasting and market analysis tools is an advantage.
Ability to identify growth opportunities and develop new business.
Strategic thinking and market development focus.
