The Integrated Marketing Lead will be responsible for translating Amazfit’s brand, product and commercial priorities into clear, connected and effective marketing plans across EMEA. This person will own the integrated marketing calendar and lead the planning and execution of regional campaigns and go-to-market strategies. They will manage the functions responsible for Creative, Social Media, PR & Communications, Retail Marketing and Marketing Operations, ensuring that all disciplines work together against shared priorities, timelines and objectives.
The role requires a strong people leader and integrated marketer who can bring structure to a complex regional organisation, connect global and local teams, and ensure campaigns are delivered consistently across the full consumer journey.
Key responsibilities Integrated marketing strategy and calendar
Own and maintain the EMEA integrated marketing calendar, providing one clear view of product launches, commercial moments, partnerships, campaigns and market activations.




Translate regional business priorities into an integrated marketing roadmap with clear objectives, audiences, messages, deliverables, budgets and timelines.
Establish an effective planning rhythm across regional, local and integral teams.
Identify competing priorities, dependencies, resource gaps and delivery risks early.
Campaign planning and execution
Lead the planning and delivery of integrated EMEA campaigns from initial brief through execution, optimisation and post-campaign review.
Ensure campaigns connect brand building, consideration, conversion and retention rather than operating as isolated channel activities.
Develop clear campaign briefs defining the consumer insight, audience, proposition, channel roles, deliverables, KPIs and measurement plan.
Coordinate internal teams, markets, agencies and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to a consistently high standard.
