Your day-to-day
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and activities to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
- Maintain and update HR information systems to ensure accurate employee data and generate regular reports for management.
- Organize and schedule new hire inductions, training sessions, and track attendance and completion rates to support learning initiatives.
- Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement programs and well-being activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Provide administrative support for ad hoc HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Your Skills And Experience
- Degree in ADE, Labor Law or Master degree in Human Resources or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in english (portugues or italian is a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Adaptability and openness to embracing new challenges in a dynamic, international business enviroment
