Reporting directly to the Head of Brand & Communication, you will work hand in hand with the Brand Content Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen Mantu's visibility and reputation worldwide. Working closely with Brand, Business and Leadership teams, you will contribute to bringing Mantu's marketing strategy to life across multiple channels.
Brand Transformation & Rebranding
Play a key role in one of Mantu's most ambitious strategic initiatives: the integral rollout of the One Brand strategy.
Coordinate communication and marketing activations accompanying the brand transformation
Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint during the transition
Partner with Brand, Communications and Business teams to drive adoption of the new brand architecture
Integrated Marketing and Communication Campaigns
Coordinate every activation channel: content, PR, LinkedIn, events, website and internal amplification
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and measured against KPIs




Continuously identify new opportunities to increase Mantu's visibility and brand preference
Collaborate with the Content team to transform expertise into impactful campaigns
Coordinate sponsored events from planning to execution
Maximize post-event activation through PR, social media and content
Corporate Social Media & Employee Advocacy
Coordinate the corporate LinkedIn editorial calendar and campaign activations in partnership with the Brand Content Manager.
Monitor performance and continuously optimize content formats and engagement
Develop PR activation plans aligned with marketing campaigns
Build integrated activation plans combining media, podcasts, events and social media
