The Role As our Real Estate Project Manager Intern, you will work directly alongside our Head of Real Estate to drive residential renovation projects from initial planning to final delivery.
Your core mission is to make sure every apartment project is executed on time, on budget, and up to weVLC quality standards. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role:



half of your time will be spent managing budgets, vendors, and timelines from our office, and the other half will be on-site keeping projects moving forward smoothly.
Renovation Project Management: Support the end-to-end execution of apartment renovations, ensuring quality control and adherence to deadlines.
Contractor & Supplier Sourcing: Help select, request quotes from, and manage relationships with local contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Track project expenses, evaluate contractor proposals, assist in budget negotiations, and help build clear financial overviews.
On-Site Quality Assurance: Assist in preparing clear project updates and financial summaries for key stakeholders and investors.
