About the role
Our Financial Crime team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment,



they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to prevent financial crime.
We're looking for a Financial Crime Risk Manager to collaborate with our Group Compliance and Product teams to help drive the design and implementation of AI-driven compliance solutions.

What you'll be doing
- Working with Data Science and Engineering teams to review AI in compliance
- Supporting the design and development of innovative yet practical compliance solutions by translating regulatory requirements into actionable measures
- Performing regulatory gap analysis and compliance assessment reviews
- Identifying potential gaps in existing departmental processes, systems, and controls while driving improvements
- Keeping up to date with relevant regulations, industry guidance, and financial services innovations, particularly from a financial crim
