About the role

Novameat is adding a client-facing profile to join the R&D; team in a strongly hands-on role.



The role owns the application loop with our B2B industrial clients: visiting clients, running product demonstrations and turning feedback into improved applications and preparations. The successful candidate will support the execution of trials, prototypes, and product demos. This is a technical execution role for someone with one foot on the technical side and the other in front of clients.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare and run product demonstrations and client visits for B2B industrial clients, alongside the sales team.
- Capture and document client feedback during demos, visits and trials in a structured way, and feeding it back to the R&D; and the Sales team.
- Translate that feedback into application improvements: new preparations, usage formats, and cooking or processing protocols for client products.
