We are Applus+ Laboratories, the division of the Applus+ Group that provides testing, certification, and product development engineering services.
The Marketing Team provides transversal support to the entire division, both nationally and internationally. We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Specialist to join our team on a stable basis.
Goals
You will coordinate and execute marketing activities for a integral B2B business unit, driving the implementation of the marketing plan and key areas such as digital presence, lead generation, web performance, and brand consistency. You will also collaborate closely with Sales, Technical and Global Marketing teams across regions to turn complex services into clear and effective marketing actions.
What you will do
- Define and implement a 12-month marketing plan and drive its execution for the assigned Business Unit.
- Coordinate marketing activities across regions, ensuring alignment, consistency and brand coherence.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams to define priorities and support pipeline generation.
- Manage digital presence,



ensuring service portfolio visibility on the website with focus on SEO/GEO performance.
- Develop and coordinate marketing materials, campaigns, trade fairs and industry events.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects.
- Track performance through KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions) and optimise marketing actions accordingly.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing roles.
- Strong background in project coordination and execution, managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Experience in SEO/GEO and digital marketing performance.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Proven ability to work autonomously in complex, technical and regulated environments.
- Hands-on, pragmatic and execution-oriented profile with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with KPIs to opt
