Role Description

The International Commercial Advisor – Sales Closer is a full-time, on-site role based in Valencia. This is a closing role, not an account management role: your mission is to take qualified leads from different sources we will provide and convert them to enrolled and paid students. The rest of the team will then take care that students get their visa approval so that they can arrive in Spain.



Compensation will take place only if those students ultimately obtain their VISA and arrive in Spain.

Day-to-day activities
- Managing and closing inbound leads from international students and their families via WhatsApp, video calls, email, and phone (in English, French or Spanish, mainly).
- Selling the full program catalog: university pathway and PAU preparation, general and intensive Spanish, DELE/SIELE exam preparation, and student accommodation.
- Guiding each student through the entire process: quotation, decision, payment.
- Provide support in the visa application only when needed by the rest of the team.
- Maintaining flawless records in the CRM: every lead, every interaction, every stage. We work with real-time dashboards and full transparency of individual results.
- Providing commercial feedback to marketing and management: which markets convert, which objections recur, where leads drop off.
