Supervise all scheduled overnight activities within assigned Fan Zone areas.




Coordinate contractors, suppliers, installation crews, maintenance teams, and support personnel carrying out night-shift operations.
Oversee maintenance, replenishment, repair, and restoration works performed outside public operating hours.
Coordinate access control and the movement of authorized personnel, materials, equipment, and vehicles during overnight operations.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures during all overnight activities.
Ensure that all overnight works are completed within agreed timelines and according to operational priorities.
Prepare end-of-shift reports detailing incidents, completed works, outstanding issues, and priorities for the following day.
Ensure an effective operational handover between night-shift and day-shift teams.
