This role reports to the Head of General Sales and will be a key piece in scaling PropHero’s commercial engine, ensuring predictability, efficiency, and quality across every stage of the sales funnel.
Lead, train, and motivate the SDR and Closer teams, setting individual and collective goals aligned with the commercial strategy.
Analyze pipeline metrics (conversion, velocity, win rate) and make data‑driven decisions to improve performance.
Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to ensure lead quality and volume,



as well as proper use of HubSpot as the CRM.
Participate in defining commercial targets, forecasting, and reporting to leadership.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading commercial teams, ideally in B2C consultative or high‑ticket sales environments.
Strong data orientation: comfortable working with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot), dashboards, and reporting.
