The CRM team focuses on building lasting relationships with our users from the moment they first encounter Fever. We craft targeted communications, special offers, and data-driven insights to strengthen loyalty and improve every interaction.
Support the development and execution of Fever’s CRM strategy across multiple channels,



with a particular focus on email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
Manage the activation of customer data to deliver personalized, relevant, and engaging communications throughout the customer lifecycle.
Continuously optimize multi-channel communication plans and retention strategies to improve engagement, customer experience, and revenue generation.
Work closely with the CRM Manager to define customer lifecycle stages, communication frameworks, and contact strategies across all touchpoints.
Help identify and develop key customer segments to improve targeting, personalization, and overall CRM effectiveness.
Build, execute, and optimize automated CRM journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
Conduct A/B tests and implement learnings to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
