Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical and account support to players via chat, email, and social media channels.

- Stay updated on the latest game releases, patches, and competitive tournaments to better assist our player base.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong command of the English language for professional collaboration.
- Genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and its ecosystem.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues.
