Crew Lead at Alan are technical manager that are responsible to organize the crew work and is accountable of the crew output.




Crew Leads usually spend 40% of their time doing Individual Contribution (actively working on an objective of the crew)

We also support broader business initiatives, including partnership integrations , accountant tools , referral systems , and brand campaigns that strengthen Alan's market position.
You'll actively collaborate with Marketing , Sales , Research and Product (Eng, Data, PM, Design)
