Your role
You’ll be the trusted advisor for new clients — onboarding them, creating powerful ad campaigns, and helping them achieve great results.
Your mission: build strong relationships, drive product adoption, prevent customer drop-off, and find opportunities for growth.




What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to connect with companies.
- Understand each client’s goals and offer tailored advertising solutions.
- Create and optimize PPC campaigns for both quick wins and long-term success.
- Increase campaign investment and upsell where valuable.
- Keep client records up to date in the database.
- Build lasting partnerships in the German market.

✅ What You Need
- BA/BS degree (Marketing/Communications is a plus).
- ️ Native-level German (C2) & strong English (C1). French is a plus.
- 20+ months in sales or marketing, ideally client-facing.
- Experience with CRM tools & managing customer data.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve outreach.
- Strong analytical skills & market trend awareness.
- Problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking.
- Knowledge of German business culture & regulations (GDPR).
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
