Brand Assistant Trainee – Psychiatry Business Unit

Your new role
As a Brand Assistant Trainee, you will support the Marketing team in the execution of projects and initiatives across the Iberian market. You will gain exposure to brand management, market insights, omnichannel engagement, congresses and events, while learning how pharmaceutical marketing contributes to improving patient outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues from Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales and Market Access,



giving you a broad understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and how cross-functional teams work together to create impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills, build your professional network and grow in a purpose-driven international environment.

Your future team
You will become part of the Psychiatry Business Unit in Iberia, based in our Barcelona office.
