Your role
As a Customer Service Advisor , you’ll deliver excellent support to customers via phone, chat, and email.
You’ll help with installations, troubleshoot issues, and keep customers happy and connected
Your profile
✅ Fluent in Danish (C2)
✅ Proficient in English
✅ Call centre experience
✅ Communicative & empathetic
✅ Positive, adaptable & a true team player
✅ Strong listener with a service-oriented mindset
✅ Able to handle challenges calmly & professionally
Daily tasks
- Block lost/stolen cards & secure customer data
- Verify identities and answer inquiries
- ⚙️ Handle claims & manage card activations or blocks
- Ensure every customer feels supported and protected ️
