As a Sales Development Representative, you are the spark that ignites new business growth ⚡ Your mission is to identify and qualify exciting opportunities among small and medium-sized businesses. You’ll be the first point of contact, sparking curiosity and setting the stage for our Partner Managers to deliver winning strategies.

Collaborate:



Work closely with Partner Managers to ensure a smooth and informed handover of qualified meetings.
Stay Organized: Keep all prospect information and activity up-to-date in Salesforce.
Work toward individual and team KPIs related to productivity and pipeline development.
✅ Language Master: Native-level Dutch (C2) and excellent English (C1). ️
Sales Driven: Proven ability to engage prospects through outbound outreach and cold calling.
Consistent success working toward quotas in a professional sales environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.
Ad Enthusiast: Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (like Meta or Google Ads) is a huge plus
A persistent, self-motivated mindset with excellent communication skills.
