Natter’s conversational AI platform allows tens of thousands of users to simultaneously share ideas and feedback through real-time video conversations. We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who thrives on owning products end-to-end. You'll work across the entire stack, from shaping the user experience to designing the systems behind it. We care about writing clean code, building reliable systems, and shipping work we're proud of.
Everyone owns quality. We don't have a separate QA team: if you write it, you test it, and you ship it.
We rely on CI/CD, feature flags, and observability to get code to production multiple times a day. You'll touch everything from database schemas to React components to the AWS infrastructure that runs them. It's your work, but always with your team's support.
We care more about engineering fundamentals than whether you know Python, TypeScript, or Rust.
Own features from conception through deployment: frontend, backend, and everything in between
Design and build scalable APIs, data models, and backend services
Build polished, performant user interfaces that feel great to use
Participate in code reviews, help grow the team, and raise the bar on quality
Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and security issues proactively

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong fullstack ownership
~ Proficiency across modern frontend and backend technologies (we use React and Node.js/TypeScript)
~ A track record of shipping production-quality software in fast-moving, post-Series A environments
~ Experience with AWS and CI
