As a Member Experience Lead, we seek passionate individuals who value the importance of the role we play in providing a simple, welcoming, high-quality, and consistent experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Member Experience: Together with our Club Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring they receive personalised support aligned with Revo Fitness's vision and values.



Your proactive approach will create a welcoming atmosphere where members feel motivated and encouraged on their fitness journeys.
- Team Collaboration & Culture: Cultivate positive relationships with teammates, embodying Revo Fitness's values and behaviours. Your role will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment where every member feels valued and motivated.
- Club Presentation: Maintain Revo Fitness's high standards for cleanliness, organisation, and equipment functionality. Your attention to detail will ensure that members enjoy a safe and hygienic environment that enhances their overall experience.
- Compliance and Safety: Uphold health and safety standards to protect both team members and members, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and protocols. Your commitment to safety will contribute to a secure and inclusive environment for all members at Revo Fitness.
