Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Legal (Part-Time) to build and oversee Visium's legal and governance framework as we continue scaling internationally.
The idóneo candidate combines deep expertise in Swiss corporate law, cross-border commercial contracting, and emerging AI regulation with the practical mindset required to support a fast-growing technology consulting and AI company. They are comfortable advising senior leadership, negotiating sophisticated enterprise agreements, supporting financing activities, and translating complex legal requirements into pragmatic business solutions.
This role will partner closely with the Executive Team, Board, People function, and commercial leaders to ensure Visium can grow confidently while maintaining strong governance and risk management practices.
