Madrid | International Food Manufacturer Alexander Steele Recruitment is partnering with a leading international food manufacturer to appoint a Foodservice Sales Manager for its Spanish business.
This is a high-impact commercial role with responsibility for defining and executing the company’s Foodservice strategy across Spain, driving profitable growth within QSR, fast-food and national wholesale channels .
The successful candidate will manage and develop strategic customer relationships, win new business and work closely with international innovation, marketing and category teams to create tailored product solutions for the Foodservice market.
Define and implement the Foodservice growth strategy for Spain.
Develop new business across national QSR, fast-food and organised Foodservice customers.
Lead commercial negotiations, customer agreements and joint business plans.
Increase market share through commercial activation and innovation projects.




Develop national wholesale opportunities and support broader channel growth.
Partner with NPD, Marketing and Category teams to develop tailored Foodservice solutions.
Manage the channel budget, commercial performance and key KPIs.
Monitor sales, margin, new-account wins and customer profitability.
Minimum of 7 years’ commercial experience within the food industry.
Strong Foodservice experience, ideally across QSR or organised Foodservice accounts .
Strong understanding of the Spanish QSR and Foodservice market.
Excellent negotiation, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience within bakery, pastry, frozen food or adjacent categories would be particularly relevant.
The position offers strong visibility across the wider international business, significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence both commercial strategy and future product innovation.
