What's the Opportunity? We're looking for a Head of Payouts to own and scale dLocal's payout payment methods globally. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the vertical — strategy, roadmap, team, and outcomes.
You’ll define where we play and how we win: which markets,



which rails, which partnerships, and how we build infrastructure that’s reliable, fast, and cost‑efficient at scale. You’ll lead a team of PMs and work at the intersection of product, operations, commercial, and engineering to make payouts a competitive differentiator for dLocal's merchants.
What will I be doing?
Set the strategic direction and multi‑year roadmap for payout methods globally — new rails, coverage expansion, redundancy architecture, and conversion performance.
Lead and develop a team of product managers focused on payment methods, local rails, and operational excellence.
Define and drive the metrics that matter: conversion rate, reliability, time‑to‑payout, cost per transaction — and build the systems to continuously improve them.
Own key partner relationships globally: banks, local payment providers, and infrastructure partners. Negotiate and shape integrations that give
