Legal Counsel - Contracts (Hybrid) (Maternity Cover)
We are seeking an experienced dynamic, business-savvy, and collaborative Legal Counsel specialized in contract management to join our Legal Team based in Barcelona, to cover for a maternity leave, under the direction of the Head of Contracts to influence the way we operate around commercial contracting, build agreement templates and playbooks, improve our contract management processes, tools and systems. As Legal Counsel you will collaborate closely with other areas of our Legal Team, such as Compliance Team, Data Protection Team and Customer Law Team, and with cross-functional stakeholders, such as Procurement and Business areas, to provide advice, guidance and counsel on contractual issues relative to global and broad range of topics.
Drafting, review, and negotiation of a diverse array of contracts, encompassing NDAs, supplier service agreements and IT agreements, domestically and globally, with an approach that balances business and legal requirements.
You will spearhead the strategic acquisition, renewal, and safeguarding of our brand assets on a global scale.
Identify legal risks associated with contracts and propose effective strategies for risk mitigation.
