Position Summary The Senior Channel & Regional Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the regional commercial marketing strategy across assigned European markets.
The role translates business priorities into measurable marketing initiatives that accelerate commercial growth, strengthen channel partnerships, support product commercialization and improve customer engagement.
Working closely with Sales, Business Development Managers, Product Management and HQ Marketing, the role acts as the primary marketing business partner for the region, combining strategic planning with operational excellence.
Regional Commercial Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute annual regional commercial marketing plans aligned with European business objectives.
Identify regional growth opportunities and recommend strategic marketing investments.
Manage regional marketing budgets, KPIs and quarterly business reviews.
Support go-to-market strategies for new products and market initiatives.
Commercial Business Partnership




Partner with Heads of Sales, Regional Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, Product Management and Technical Service.
Translate commercial priorities into measurable marketing programmes supporting pipeline generation and revenue growth.
Support annual sales planning and key account development.
Develop Annual Partner Growth Plans with distributors and strategic customers.
Coordinate Marketing Success Fee (MSF) and Strategic Development Fund (SDF) programmes.
Lead co-marketing initiatives, installer engagement programmes and partner enablement.
Measure ROI and recommend optimisation of marketing investments.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, installer landscape and customer insights.
Provide strategic recommendations supporting regional business decisions.
Prepare market analysis and benchmarking reports.
