We're looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial and commercially driven Head of Ecommerce to help shape the future of our digital business and build the next stage of our international growth.
The Role
The Head of Ecommerce will define and execute Germaine de Capuccini's global ecommerce strategy, driving sustainable growth across our D2C business, marketplaces and digital ecosystem.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence and commercial ownership. Beyond accelerating online sales,



the Head of Ecommerce will build the organisation, capabilities, processes and ways of working required to scale our ecommerce business globally.
This is a highly visible leadership position requiring strong commercial judgement, digital expertise, excellent people leadership and a proactive mindset. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes ownership and enjoys building businesses as much as delivering results.
