Service Club is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Tax Manager to take ownership of all tax-related matters across our growing integral footprint, including the EU, UK, and US. Key Responsibilities
Operational Compliance & Management
Oversee timely preparation, filing, and payment of direct and indirect taxes (CIT, VAT/GST, sales tax, withholding tax, etc.) across jurisdictions.
Ensure accurate tax treatment in daily operations, including payments to suppliers and trainers.
Monitor and interpret tax law changes and advise management on implications.
Lead tax audits and manage relationships with tax authorities.




Review tax provisions for statutory and management reporting.
Strategic Tax Planning & Structure
Own the preparation and maintenance of the Transfer Pricing Master File and Local Files.
Design and optimize the group's global tax structure, minimizing risks and supporting growth.
Collaborate with the Finance Director and advisors to implement compliant intercompany agreements and pricing policies.
Cross-Functional Advisory
Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to integrate tax considerations into business decisions.
Manage external advisors, auditors, and legal counsel.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on VAT, sales tax, and cross-border rules.
Basic Qualifications
Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law. Master's degree or tax specialization preferred.
Experience: 4+ years in international tax management (Big Four or multinational experience is a plus).
