R&D; Packaging Specialist
Main Responsabilities
- Category strategy & roadmap : Define and execute a materials plan (innovation, cost‑out, light‑weighting, sustainability/regulation), aligned with R&D;, Operations, Sustainability and the Business.
- Materials development & industrialization : Conduct scouting and proofs‑of‑concept; scale to plant with formal validations (FAT/SAT/VAT, industrial trials, line trials,run‑at‑rate), ensuring pack‑to‑machine fit on high‑speed lines.
- Specifications, quality & compliance : Create/update material specifications and deadlines/drawings; define test methods (e.g., top‑load, compression, drop, transport) and manage change control with full traceability and applicable regulations.
- Technical sourcing & suppliers : Identify/approve/develop suppliers; agree technical crite
