Growth Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing)

The team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to support mobile acquisition efforts. You’ll be managing campaigns across key platforms and analysing performance to improve efficiency and growth. Managing and optimising mobile campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads
Analysing campaign performance data to improve ROAS and scale efficiently
Collaborating with Product, Data, and Engineering teams on measurement challenges




Monitoring KPIs and contributing to reporting and performance insights
Running experiments (A/B tests, bidding, creatives) to improve results
Identifying trends and opportunities within mobile marketing and attribution
1+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns or academic exposure
~ Experience with mobile ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads)
~ Expertise in analysing data and solving quantitative problems
~ Fluency in English

Experience with SQL or Python
An understanding of marketing in a regulated industry
