Who We Want Based in our Guadalajara office, the Paralegal provides direct support to the Mexico Legal Consultant and the Legal team. The Paralegal assists with contract review and translation, corporate and commercial matters, drafting of members meetings, powers of attorney, corporate governance and recordkeeping, and the day-to-day management of legal documentation related to Arrive’s Mexico operations. This role is a key support function, providing local, day-to-day support from Guadalajara to the Mexico Legal Consultant to help ensure the smooth and timely handling of legal and operational matters in Mexico.




Provide direct support to the Mexico Legal Consultant and the broader Legal team on various aspects of Arrive’s operations in Mexico and cross-border operations into and out of Mexico.
Assist with contract review, drafting support and translation of commercial and operational documentation.
Support corporate and commercial matters, including corporate structuring, governance and the maintenance of corporate books and records for Arrive’s Mexican legal entity.
Prepare, track and manage powers of attorney, including coordination with notaries and external legal counsel as needed.
Assist with KYC matters and customer and carrier onboarding, as well as carrier compliance matters, claims matters, employee matters, immigration matters and the like.
Work on a wide variety of special projects for the Mexico Legal Consultant, as assigned.
