You'll be the ultimate strategic lead, overseeing the game's vision, financial success, and entire development lifecycle. This is a Tier 1 project with extremely high ambition, and you'll have full profit and loss ownership. You'll play a central role in assembling a bespoke team and cultivating a supportive, high-performance culture. - Steer the multi-year game strategy as the central executive partner, fostering trust and ensuring seamless product alignment across internal teams.
- Own the full Profit & Loss for the game, managing the budget, and designing a world-class commercial roadmap that helps us maximise revenue.
- Assemble and nurture the core Barcelona development team, cultivating a high-performance culture.
- Ensure state-of-the-art Live Operations when we get there,



including fun events, promotions, and content updates that drive daily player engagement and set a quality benchmark for the industry.
- Foster a data-informed team culture, using player behaviour insights and analytics to anticipate market shifts and guide all of our priorities.
- Lead big F2P projects from the earliest prototype stage all the way into highly profitable Live Operations, ensuring brand consistency.
- Possess a holistic understanding of the current mobile games business—from product strategy and design to user acquisition and commercial scaling—to guide the big-picture development strategy.
- Demonstrate absolute mastery of the F2P mobile landscape, preferably in football or sports games.
- Show proven track record of leading diverse, integral teams and excel at stakeholder management, building trust-based relationships and driving collaboration across organisations.
