We are looking for a Data Architect Ontology (Ontologist and Taxonomist).
In this role you will be responsible for the design, development, and governance of semantic artefacts that enable consistent business meaning across data,



analytics, and digital initiatives. The role combines classical taxonomy and ontology engineering practices with the establishment of standards, operating procedures, and best practices for enterprise-wide semantic artefact management.
This position ensures that semantic assets are scalable, reusable, and aligned with enterprise architecture, data governance frameworks, and FAIR principles.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Semantic Artefact Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain taxonomies, thesauri, ontologies, and controlled vocabularies aligned with business and analytical needs. Translate business concepts into formal semantic models using appropriate standards. Ensure semantic consistency and alignment across domains, projects, and platforms.
Standards Definition and Governance: Define and maintain enterprise standards for semantic artefact modeling, naming conventions, identifiers, and versioni
