What will your role be?
Working closely with local and European teams, you will be responsible for driving incremental growth opportunities and accelerating market penetration across the Spanish market.
As a Market development manager , will be responsible for shaping and executing local marketing initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the commercial development of our brands and solutions. Acting as a bridge between customers, distribution partners, sales teams, and strategic marketing, you will contribute to strengthening our market position and delivering sustainable growth.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop and implement impactful marketing plans and product launch strategies tailored to the Spanish market.
- Monitor business performance,



analyse market trends, and identify opportunities to drive growth and customer engagement.
- Build strong relationships with end users, industry stakeholders, and key distribution partners across Spain.
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and European Marketing teams to turn market insights into business opportunities.
- Drive the development of a strong pipeline of projects, applications, and growth initiatives.
- Support brand visibility through effective communication, digital marketing activities, and customer-focused campaigns.
- Enhance commercial effectiveness through marketing tools, sales enablement materials, training initiatives, and CRM best practices.
