Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of dLocal’s OTC platform—both its internal operations and its merchant‑facing experience. You will be responsible for the full OTC lifecycle: from rate discovery and quote management, to deal execution, compliance controls, and reporting. Collaborate with Compliance to ensure OTC flows meet local and cross‑border regulatory requirements, including KYC/AML controls, transaction reporting, and documentation standards.
Work with Finance to deliver accurate, automated reconciliation and reporting capabilities that support auditability and operational oversight.
Define and monitor key performance metrics (e.g.,



Lead the development of APIs and tooling that allow merchants and internal teams to interact with the OTC platform programmatically and at scale.
Stay current on FX market practices, regulatory developments, and emerging payment infrastructure in the markets where dLocal operates.
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling; comfortable querying large datasets, building data models, and translating data insights into product decisions.
