We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support its European Research & Development Center in Spain.
This role will act as a key bridge between China headquarters and European R&D; teams, supporting project coordination, communication, and daily project operations.
Candidates with experience in automotive OEMs, vehicle development projects, or international project coordination will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities:
- Support project managers in tracking project progress, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate communication between China and European teams to ensure smooth information flow.
- Prepare meeting minutes, project reports, presentations, and follow-up actions.
- Support cross-functional collaboration between engineering, testing, and business teams.




- Organize meetings and coordinate project-related activities.
- Assist with data collection, documentation, and project updates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Engineering, Automotive, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management roles.
- Automotive industry or R&D; experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Spanish.
- Catalan language is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
