What you’ll do
- Responsible for managing upselling opportunities for existing clients, and effectively developing the customer experience, throughout the execution of the sales cycle for one of our domains.
- Create strong relationships with existing customers while focusing on account development through upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify, navigate,



and support clients throughout their decision-making process, across the whole sales cycle with existing customers to close the upsell opportunities.
- Creatively develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
- Establish and regularly conduct high-level negotiating with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives.
- Think creatively and utilize consultative selling techniques to drive prospects throughout the sales process effectively.
- Provide a reliable and accurate forecast of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to ensure we give the best service to our existing clients.

What are we looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in closing deals.
- Hunter mentality, hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle.
- You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.
